Geoelis Trading Company, the holding company for Geoelis and Company Nigerian Limited, Geoelis Cables Limited and Star Gas Limited was founded by Chief Geoffrey C. O. Ezebube and Dim Elias E. Nwosu. They hold 50% equity respectively.
DIM ELIAS E. NWOSU
CEO/MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dim Elias E. Nwosu is one of the founding directors of the company and hails from Ichida town in Anambra State. He is an astute businessman who started importation of auto related products as far back as 1970. He went into the turf manufacturing in 1980 when he co-founded the Geoelis cables limited to produce both auto motor cables and cables used for other purposes.
He is also Chairman of the board and has over 30 years experience in international Business and Manufacturing.
Dim E.E. Nwosu has attended several business and manufacturing oriented seminars and conferences both within and outside the shores of the country. He is a traditional titleholder in Ichida and equally a member of the prestigious Onitsha chamber of Commerce. He is married with children.

SIR. Sylvanus Chukwubunna Ezebube has a 1996 B.sc degree in Business Administration from Enugu state University of science and technology (ESUT), Enugu. He worked briefly with manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) between 1997 and 1998. He joined Geoelis cables limited in 1998 as an executive director.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/FACTORY MANAGER
Engr. Christain Obiora Ezebube has a 2001 bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He equally posses an M.sc in engineering and manufacturing management from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He worked with National Engineering and Technology Company limited (NETCO) during his national service. He joined Geoelis cables limited as an executive director in March 2004.
