Geoelis Trading Company, the holding company for Geoelis and Company Nigerian Limited, Geoelis Cables Limited and Star Gas Limited was founded by Late Chief Sir Geoffrey C. O. Ezebube and Dim Elias E. Nwosu. They hold 50% equity respectively.

DIM ELIAS E. NWOSU – CEO/MANAGING DIRECTOR

DIM Elias E. Nwosu (DIM IV N’Ichida Okemiri na akwaogwe)
Was born at Ichida in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State. He is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Geoelis Group of Companies, a conglomerate which was established in the early 1970’s. The Group is into brand management and distribution, capital market, property development and management amongst other endeavours.
He is an astute businessman who started importation of auto related products as far back as 1970. He went into the turf manufacturing in 1980 when he co-founded the Geoelis Cables Limited to produce both auto motor cables and cables used for other purposes.
He is Chairman, Star Gas LTD which owns and operates LPG gas stations for cooking gas.
He has over 30 years experience in international Business and Manufacturing. As philanthropist of repute, he has touched lives of many through his acts of charity.
DIM also served on the Fidelity Bank board for several years and completed his tenure in accordance with the provisions of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Guidelines on Tenure of office of Non-Executive Directors

Dim E.E. Nwosu attended several business and manufacturing oriented seminars and conferences both within and outside the shores of the country. He is a member of the prestigious Onitsha Chamber of Commerce.

He holds the highest traditional title in Ichida – DIM IV. He is married with children.

ENGR. CHRISTAIN OBIORA EZEBUBE – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/FACTORY MANAGER

Engr. Christain Obiora Ezebube was born into the family of Late Chief Sir and Lady G. C. O. Ezebube, from the Umundm Kindred, Umuakata Village Ichida in Aniocha Local Government Area of Anambra State. He has a bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2001. He equally possesses an M.sc in engineering and manufacturing management from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He worked with National Engineering and Technology Company limited (NETCO) during his national service. He joined Geoelis cables limited as an executive director in March 2004.

Engr. Christain Obiora Ezebube also served as the Chairman Awka Forum of Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) for several years. A COREN registered Engineer and a member Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE)

Engr. Christain Obiora Ezebube attended several business and manufacturing oriented seminars and conferences both within and outside the shores of the country. He is a member of Cable Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (CAMAN), Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi State) (MAN) and Onitsha Chamber of Commerce.

Married to Pharm. Afoma Ezebube, the marriage is blessed with five lovely children.

Executive Director Sales and Marketing

Umelo Ginika-Otuokere, Executive Director Sales and Marketing. A graduate of Library and Information Science, Diploma in Digital Marketing, Diploma in Project Management. Certified Quality Management System Auditor. Attended several sales and marketing short courses.

Worked in Cutix Plc from 2007-2021 in the following capacity Pioneer Librarian, Manpower Development Officer, Skill Certification Administrator, Customer Relationship Officer, Head Sales Unit, Head of Department Commercial Department. Was appointed Executive Director Sales and Marketing in Geoelis Cables Ltd in May 2021. Member of of Lions Club international. Region Chairperson of Lions Club Region 9 (South East), Financial Secretary Nnewi sports club. Member institute of Marketing. Mr. Umelo Ginika-Otuokere is married with four lovely children

SIR. SYLVANUS CHUKWUBUNNA EZEBUBE – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/FINACIAL CONTROLLER

SIR. Sylvanus Chukwubunna Ezebube has a 1996 B.sc degree in Business Administration from Enugu state University of science and technology (ESUT), Enugu.  He worked briefly with manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) between 1997 and 1998.  He joined Geoelis cables limited in 1998 as an executive director.
