Limited, Geoelis Cables Limited and Star Gas Limited was founded by Late Chief Sir Geoffrey C. O. Ezebube and Dim Elias E. Nwosu. They hold 50% equity respectively.
Engr. Christain Obiora Ezebube has a 2001 bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He equally posses an M.sc in engineering and manufacturing management from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He worked with National Engineering and Technology Company limited (NETCO) during his national service. He joined Geoelis cables limited as an executive director in March 2004.
Umelo Ginika-Otuokere, Executive Director Sales and Marketing. A graduate of Library and Information Science, Diploma in Digital Marketing, Diploma in Project Management. Certified Quality Management System Auditor. Attended several sales and marketing short courses.
Worked in Cutix Plc from 2007-2021 in the following capacity Pioneer Librarian, Manpower Development Officer, Skill Certification Administrator, Customer Relationship Officer, Head Sales Unit, Head of Department Commercial Department. Was appointed Executive Director Sales and Marketing in Geoelis Cables Ltd in May 2021.
Member of of Lions Club international Region Chairperson of Lions Club Region 9 (South East), Financial Secretary Nnewi sports club. Member institute of Marketing. Mr. Umelo Ginika-Otuokere is married with four lovely children
SIR. Sylvanus Chukwubunna Ezebube has a 1996 B.sc degree in Business Administration from Enugu state University of science and technology (ESUT), Enugu. He worked briefly with manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) between 1997 and 1998. He joined Geoelis cables limited in 1998 as an executive director.

Sir Chimezie Oraekwe is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years working experience
He holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal polytechnic idah kogi state in 2003. He also hold Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Abia state University Uturu Okigwe. Mr Chimezie Oraekwe started his practical Accounting training in a firm of Ayo Akinyerule and CO (Chartered Accountants} based in Lagos in 2005 as Audit Trainee. He later proceeded to Uba Umeevuruo and Co, Chartered accountants’ firm also based in lagos in 2007 as Audit Senior. He was later promoted to the position of Audit Manager in 2010. He has in several occasions led the Audit of Nigerian breweries and Nigeria bottling company located in Enugu respectively.
In 2011, He resigned his appointment and joined Kel technology Ltd in Port Harcourt as a Group InternaL Auditor. Mr Chimezie later joined Zan Nigeria Construction Company Ltd Port Harcourt as a Senior Accountant. He joined Geoelis Cables Ltd in 2019 as Senior Accountant to bring his wealth of experience in Finance and accounts department of the Company. He has attended several workshops and seminars to his credit. He is married with Children.
Mr Okolo Collins Uchenna is a graduate of Anambra State University Uli (2013 set). He had a second class lower in Chemical Engineering. He had work in I.G Chemical and Allied limited. He joined Geoelis Cables Ltd in 2015 as Laboratory trainee . He rose to the rank and has attended several training in house and outside. Presently, he is the Head of Quality Assurance, till date
